SPN: boys car light filter

Supernatural Fic: Untitled | Gen | Sam, Dean | 1,300 words | Complete

Title: Untitled
Author: L. Harper (prairie-city)
Disclaimer: All recognizable characters and storylines are the property of their writers and producers. No money is being made from this work of amateur fiction and no copyright infringement is intended.
Word Count: 1,300
Spoilers: Up to 7x13

Author's Note: Written for a thirty-minute writing exercise from one of a long list of prompts I give myself. This one is Sam's denver scramble, also known as a really bizarre peek into Sam's very confusing head. Make of it what you will, because I have no idea. Truly.
Author's Note dos: Such a mess. 30 minute exercise and oh, it's such a mess.  Present tense, where did you come from??  Also, this thing has a very rambling and disconnected style that wasn't really deliberate but I guess...kind of deliberate?  I don't know.  Denver scramble, okay guys?  Denver scramble.

Summary: Sam can't do a lot for his brother right now, but what he can...well. He'll take it.

Fic: of those of us, unknowing | CM | Gen | Reid, ensemble, OC's | 14,899 words | 1/2

Title: of those of us, unknowing
Author: L. Harper (prairie_city)
Word Count: 14,899
Rating: PG-13
Disclaimer: All recognizable characters and storylines are the property of their writers and producers. No money is being made from this work of amateur fiction and no copyright infringement is intended.
Author’s Note: While I definitely did my best to tie in this story to the series and specifically early season one (Pilot and third episode especially), there is one glaring aspect that I scrapped and threw out the window. You’ll see what it is pretty much immediately.
Author's Note Part II: Originally written for the 2011 cm_bigbang fest.  Unfortunately, at the time, it didn't make the minimum word count.  Subsequent revisions unintentionally brought it a lot closer, though.  It just took forever, and I'm so done with this fic.  I can't get any fresh perspective on it anymore.  It's probably boring, but I can't tell. *g*
Warnings: Language, gore, character death (canon), Un-beta'ed.

Summary: Spencer Reid had been twenty-three years old and an FBI profiler for almost three months when the team took the Adrian Bale case. Painfully inexperienced and only just finding his feet, Reid was forced to watch a seemingly straightforward case spin wildly out of control, when a final bomb went off in a warehouse in Boston with six agents inside.

This is what happened. With the case, the team, and the agent who originally held the position that would one day go to Elle.

Title: I keep looking at the sky
Author: L. Harper (prairie_city )
Fandom: Supernatural
Disclaimer: All recognizable characters and storylines are the property of their writers and producers. No money is being made from this work of amateur fiction and no copyright infringement is intended.
Author’s Note: I'm very new to Supernatural, and this is my first fic in this fandom.  Screw it, I had so much fun writing this. I had to do it, guys.
Warnings: Foul language, schmoop overload, currently non-beta'ed.
Rated: R for really bad language.
Word count: 7,600

Summary: The one where Sam gets shrunk, and Dean finds himself cursing at the...at, well, shit.

Excerpt: In his hands, Sam wrapped himself around one of Dean’s thumbs, putting his chest against Dean’s skin, and Dean could feel his tiny heart beating.

“Oh my god,” Dean breathed, suddenly afraid to talk normally lest he blow Sam away entirely.

“Dude,” Sam said, sounding impressed. “You’re huge.”

Numb3rs Big Bang!!

First scheduled post for numb3rs_bigbang</lj> is UP!!  Those of you in the Numb3rs fandom really should go check it out - first fic is jolinarjackson's lovely Connect the Dots.  Incidentally, I signed up as an artist as well as an author for the Big Bang fest, and jolinarjackson's fic was the one I chose to create art for.  I ended up doing a cover image and a series of ten icons, linked to in the master post on the Big Bang journal.

Direct link is here.
